These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mdg89. By accessing or using the mdg89 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to hold an mdg89 account. Providing false age or identity information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
Each individual may hold exactly one mdg89 account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically. Where multiple accounts are identified, mdg89 reserves the right to close all duplicates, void any associated bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending a full identity review.
All promotional bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the individual offer terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the applicable wagering requirement will result in the bonus and any derived winnings being forfeited without compensation.
mdg89 applies full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. You will be required to provide a government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Verification documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to the jurisdiction in which mdg89 is licensed and incorporated. By using the platform you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts and arbitration bodies.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. mdg89 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, mdg89 will suspend the Account and withhold any pending transactions until verification is resolved.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated for and directed at players who are residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open and maintain an Account. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law is entirely at the user's own risk and legal responsibility. mdg89 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in any jurisdiction other than those for which it is licensed.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order, guardianship, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
2.4 Not a Politically Exposed Person. You confirm that you are not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) as defined under international AML standards, nor an immediate family member or close associate of a PEP, without first notifying mdg89 and receiving written approval to proceed with registration.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, mdg89 will close all secondary accounts, void any bonus balances associated with them, and may permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information current. mdg89 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the Member.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify mdg89 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another individual to use your Account for any purpose. Any attempt to transfer an Account, or to allow third-party use, will result in immediate termination.
3.5 Currency. All Account transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mdg89 does not guarantee exchange rates where a payment provider performs currency conversion on your behalf prior to funds reaching your Account.
4.1 Verification Obligation. mdg89 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to accepting deposits above specified thresholds. This process is carried out in accordance with internationally accepted AML and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) standards.
4.2 Required Documents. mdg89 may request any or all of the following documents to complete KYC verification:
4.3 Processing Time. mdg89 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex or high-value reviews may take longer. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is completed.
4.4 Refusal of Verification. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the required verification documentation, mdg89 reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, suspend withdrawal processing, and ultimately close the Account. In such circumstances, mdg89 will return any unencumbered Real Money Funds via the original deposit method, subject to AML compliance review.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. mdg89 accepts deposits via the following channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and via e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Supported methods may be updated from time to time at mdg89's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum deposit thresholds may vary by payment method.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet channels are typically credited to your Account within minutes of payment confirmation. mdg89 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or scheduled maintenance periods.
5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment method not registered in your own name, is prohibited and may trigger an AML review and Account suspension.
5.5 Deposit Fees. mdg89 does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. mdg89 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals may only be requested from Real Money Funds. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Only the net winnings derived from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by account tier and are communicated within the Account dashboard.
6.3 Processing Time. mdg89 targets a sub-three-minute processing time for the majority of withdrawal requests submitted to supported local bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, for first-time withdrawals pending KYC completion, or where a transaction is flagged for AML review.
6.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit unless an alternative method has been pre-approved by mdg89's payments team following successful verification. This policy exists to protect Members against unauthorized withdrawals and to satisfy AML obligations.
6.5 Withdrawal Fees. mdg89 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard transactions. Expedited or special-case withdrawals may attract an administrative fee, which will be disclosed in advance before the transaction is confirmed.
6.6 Right to Withhold. mdg89 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or collusion; (c) the Account is under investigation; or (d) a chargeback dispute is pending on any associated deposit transaction.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal campaigns (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and independence day promotions) are offered at mdg89's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. Where any conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail in respect of that promotion only.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry period are specified in the individual promotion description. Bets placed on excluded game types or below the minimum qualifying odds do not contribute toward wagering requirements.
7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Members may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the promotion terms expressly permit the stacking of bonuses. Opting in to a second promotion while a bonus remains active will result in the forfeiture of the first bonus.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. mdg89 monitors wagering patterns for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to lock in bonus value without genuine risk; coordinated multi-account wagering; and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, mdg89 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and restrict the Account.
7.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated free bets expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms, typically within 7–30 days of issuance. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to mdg89's acceptance. mdg89 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, at any time, without being required to provide a reason. This right is exercised in good faith and is not used to discriminate against Members placing bets within normal recreational parameters.
8.2 Odds and Payouts. Sports betting odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed at the offered odds, those odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movement, unless the bet is subject to a "Request a Bet" or negotiated odds arrangement, in which case the confirmed odds apply as communicated at the time of acceptance.
8.3 Void Bets. A bet may be voided where: (a) the event to which it relates is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; (b) the bet was placed on an erroneous price resulting from a manifest error (palpable error); or (c) the outcome is determined to have been influenced by match-fixing or other corrupt conduct. Voided bets are returned to the Member's Account as Real Money Funds.
8.4 Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the full payout to apply. Where one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated as if those legs were not included. A two-leg mix parlay with one voided leg becomes a single bet at the remaining leg's odds.
8.5 Togel Draw Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets are settled based on official draw results as published by the relevant draw operator. mdg89 is not the draw operator and cannot influence or guarantee draw outcomes. Settlement is completed within 30 minutes of the official result being published.
8.6 RNG Games. All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games — including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win titles — use certified RNG software from internationally recognized providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are independently verified and represent long-run theoretical averages, not guaranteed per-session outcomes.
8.7 Live Casino. Live casino games are operated by Evolution Gaming and other licensed live-dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice). Technical disconnections during a live game hand or spin are handled in accordance with the relevant studio's disconnection policy, a summary of which is available on request from customer support.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mdg89 Platform. A violation of any provision in this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate legal authorities.
10.1 Player Welfare Commitment. mdg89 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognize that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours and we take our duty of care seriously.

11.1 Ownership. All content on the mdg89 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, typography, graphics, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of mdg89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
11.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, scraping, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
11.3 Prohibited Use. You may not use the mdg89 name, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes, affiliate marketing (unless operating under a formally executed affiliate agreement with mdg89), or in any manner that could mislead third parties as to the source or endorsement of goods or services.
12.1 No Warranty. The mdg89 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12.2 Service Interruptions. mdg89 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. mdg89 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
12.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mdg89's aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. mdg89 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if mdg89 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
12.5 Gambling Losses. mdg89 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Members. Gambling involves inherent risk and all wagers are placed at the Member's own discretion and risk.
13.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting mdg89 customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.2 mdg89-Initiated Suspension. mdg89 may suspend or restrict your Account immediately, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account is subject to an AML or fraud investigation; (c) a court order or regulatory directive requires such action; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
13.3 mdg89-Initiated Termination. mdg89 may permanently terminate an Account following suspension where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering, mdg89 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including Real Money Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 11, 12, and 14 — shall survive and continue in full force.
14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdg89 is incorporated and licensed to operate online gaming and betting services. mdg89 operates under an internationally recognized gaming licence and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and mdg89 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not produce a satisfactory resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.
14.3 Jurisdiction. Without prejudice to the arbitration clause above, you agree that the courts of mdg89's licensing jurisdiction shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any matter not subject to arbitration under these Terms.
15.1 Right to Amend. mdg89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be necessitated by changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform features, or operational policy.
15.2 Notice of Changes. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Members via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or via email to the address registered to your Account, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory directive.
15.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendments take effect.
